How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use BillTruth to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://billtruth.co/api/v1/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- compare_this_house: Rank certified Texas electricity plans for a street address using a twelve-month usage profile for that meter. Prefer this over compare_plans when the user has an address. The profile is an estimate for the premise, not Smart Meter Texas interval reads. If the meter is found but 
- explain_plan: The receipt for one plan at a zip and usage: monthly line items, credits earned or missed, gotchas. Identify the plan by id, slug, or name.
- check_territory: Whether a zip is in the deregulated Texas market, and which TDU serves it.
