Analyzes UK parking tickets (council PCNs, private charges, bus lane, ULEZ, Clean Air Zone notices) to identify grounds for appeal, calculate deadlines, and draft appeal letters. Connects to AppealGo's filing service to submit real appeals to councils and operators.

Example request: "I got a parking ticket in London, can you check if I have grounds to appeal it and help me file?"

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use AppealGo to help me. It is a free service with an MCP server at https://appealgo.com/api/mcp. It does not need an API key. Ask me before you share anything with it." Muse asks before it shares anything with the app's site. Meta does not review apps used this way, so only use ones you trust. We tested this in the Muse app on September 24, 2026: Muse used an app's link directly this way and returned a live answer.

- search_contravention_codes: Find the code for a description, e.g. 'disabled bay' or 'bus lane'.
- calculate_deadlines: Given the notice type and the date on the notice, returns the discount deadline, the challenge/representations deadline, when escalation can start, and (if you pass a rejection date) the tribunal or POPLA/IAS deadline. Statutory defaults; the notice is authoritative.
- lookup_appeal_status: Public status for a customer reference such as PCN-4471A2B9.
- check_notice: Upload a photo or PDF of a UK parking ticket, council PCN, private parking charge, bus lane, ULEZ or Clean Air Zone notice. AppealGo reads it, identifies the issuer and contravention, finds the grounds to challenge it and drafts the appeal. Checking is free (fair-use cap per key
