Generates row-by-row amortization schedules for mortgages, HELOCs, auto loans and student loans. Shows interest and principal for each payment, handles extra payments, PMI drop-off, daily or monthly compounding, and biweekly payment schedules.

Example request: "Show me my full mortgage amortization schedule and when my PMI will drop off if I pay an extra $200 each month."

How to connect: Not in Muse's Connectors list yet, but Muse can still use it. Paste this into Muse: "Use Amortization Schedule to help me.
