Connect AIm and your assistant writes the program or brings in the one you already have, logs the workouts you describe, and sees every set you have done before it suggests the next weights. AIm keeps the history, records and a muscle load map. You can also train without an assistant: the app runs the workout step by step, with 225 exercises and their technique, progress charts and a calendar.

How to connect: AIm Workout Journal is not in Muse's Connectors list yet, and it needs you to sign in with your AIm Workout Journal account. Apps that need this kind of sign-in usually cannot be used from a Muse chat yet. Follow it here and we will tell you when it reaches Muse.
